| Job Description: |
- Posting and filling of inventory documents
- Reconcile inventory ledgers and negotiates to concern person.
- Tally vendor’s bills according to GRN.
- Apply bills to payment if advance payment.
- Prepare Cash/Cheque payments voucher and take signatures on voucher.
- Post GRN and reconcile with Purchase Order.
- Recheck employees input of attendance record.
- Input payroll data and generates payroll vouchers.
- Prepare salary Cheque and distribute cash to daily wages employees
- Filling all documents and update filling record on Peachtree.
- Prepare dispatches and invoice as per sales department requirement
- Assist in internal audit quarterly.
- Record expense in general ledger.
