Requirements and Responsibilities

• Chef will be responsible for producing baked goods like pastries, ice-creams, desserts, and other sweets by following traditional and modern recipes. 
• Chef should know about different Gelato and ice-cream recipes to provide a variety of desserts in the menu
• Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
• Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
• Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
• Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
• Great attention to detail and creativity
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation techniques and nutrition
• Evaluate quality of food ingredients or prepared foods
• Combine measured ingredients in bowls of mixing, blending, or cooking machinery.
