Job Description: |
Office cum Outdoor Coordinator
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
- Deal with customer complaints or issues.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
- Assist in vendor relationship management.
- Responsible for Petty Cash.
- Responsible for managing receivables and payables.
- Be able to run all expenses and receivables / payables either on excel or company provided software.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Should be able to handle multiple office and outdoor tasks.
- Should be good in written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
- Report to CEO.
- Having own bike with valid driving license (company will reimburse work related fuel expenses).
