Job Description:

Office cum Outdoor Coordinator

  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
  • Deal with customer complaints or issues.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
  • Assist in vendor relationship management.
  • Responsible for Petty Cash.
  • Responsible for managing receivables and payables.
  • Be able to run all expenses and receivables / payables either on excel or company provided software.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Should be able to handle multiple office and outdoor tasks.
  • Should be good in written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
  • Report to CEO.
  • Having own bike with valid driving license (company will reimburse work related fuel expenses).
