| Job Description: |
- Keeping record of entire inventory of store.
- Record and Send daily activity report to the accounts department.
- Checking all issuance and receiving’s on daily basis.
- Maintaining proper documentation processed for the receipts of goods and supplies.
- Checking and maintaining minimum and maximum level of stock and placing new orders with approval of Operations Manager.
- Dealing the quality issues with the Operations Manager.
- Updating all inventory record.
- Receiving and issuance of raw and packaging material.
- Documentation of all transactions.
- Updating record of all issuance.
- Supervision of store helpers.
- Quality inspection of eggs during unloading as per given instructions and company policy.
- Proper issuance receiving, and physical counting at the time of loading / unloading.
- Sorting of breakage and wastage at the time of loading / unloading and maintain proper record in the stock register and timely communicate to the senior / top management.
- Conduct daily physical stock counting with accounts department.
