·         Analysis, design, develop and implement procedural and physical controls to ensure and manage operation worthiness of all electrical infrastructure, generators, UPS and ACs installed at Bank premises.

·         Develop and implement Health, Safety & Environment standards at Bank premises.

·         Conduct regular surveys / audit to identify hazards and ensure proactive handling / management of issues / risks.

·         Maintain and Manage complaint tracker for in-time resolution / closure of issues.

·         Manage / supervise service provider’s technical teams articulately in the best interest of the Bank.

·         Ensure that SLAs are in place for the services being obtained from vendors.

Conduct staff awareness trainings on HSE and emergency drills for each Bank facility.

·         Assist and keep updated Head of Security in implementing effective management of electrical infrastructure including Power backup arrangements, ACs and Health, Safety and Environment Standards at all Bank premises.

·         Remain abreast with latest technological solutions and legislative laws / regulations to avoid any penalties / audit findings and suggest viable cost effective solutions for implementation.

·         Ensure effective management / monitoring of all critical jobs related to power management at Bank facilities including data center to avoid down time.

·         Plan and execute cost effective preventive as well as periodical maintenance services in coordination with Business without any interruptions to banking operations.

·         Conduct regular technical inspections with gap identification and provide solutions to all jobs related to Power i.e. electrical, Generators, UPS, ACs and HSE installations or expansions.
