This is an outbound business to business lead generating construction Machinery sales role. We are interested in candidates who are looking to progress their sales career, move into the construction sector and grow their career with our business. This role might need a technology background as full training is provided, preferably you must have previous sales experience in a B2C or B2B environment, however ambitious Graduates will be considered.

The Role:

• Generate sales leads for our clients by making outbound business to business calls
• Book appointments by identifying and communicating with the corporate decision-makers
• Provide and proposition tailored business solutions for construction needs with focus on value, qualifying leads based on campaign criteria
• Research and gather business intelligence – profiling/prospecting
• Provide follow-up activities as part of closing the sale

The Requirements:

• One to two years' of sales experience (Fresh Uni Graduates may not need)
• Lead generation or appointment setting experience
• Business to business sales a preference 
• Experience of working towards targets in a high call rate environment
• Money-driven and career-oriented
