Job Description:

·         Participate in the mandatory training sessions


·         Assemble and set up audio and video equipment daily before 8.00 AM for recording classroom activity (tripods, tablets, external mics, etc.)


·         Test angles, position and organize equipment based on classroom size and grade level (to capture maximum classroom activity)


·         Diagnose and resolve any logistical/technical issues on the spot


·         Monitor classrooms to ensure the quality of video and sound feeds throughout the day


·         Ensure that recordings for every classroom has been uploaded accurately on the tablet and saved in the instructed format


·         Entering and maintaining information in written or electronic form in daily activity log sheet


·         Respond quickly to directions or other tasks assigned by the principal reporting point(s)


·         Safe keeping of equipment during school hours (break time or games period) 


.         Candidates with their own mode of transport will be preferred.
