| Job Description: |
- Make recommendations to the development of the annual and middle-term plans of the store under his / her management.
- Direct assistant manager, floor managers and store staff to ensure the continuous operation of the establishment.
- Reviewing and meeting the store targets of EBITa monthly and yearly.
- Create a solid link between company’s principal value of Customer Centricity to his/her store.
- Coordinating with other functional teams to improve operations.
- Coordinating / Managing supply chain from Warehouse to SRL stores
- Recommend product pricing in line with category strategy and targets, market risks and opportunities within the overall corporate budget process.
- Reviewing overall store’s structural and technical maintenance report and to prepare action plan with R&M Manager.
