Job Requirements:
· The security control room operator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining CCTV recordings and equipment.
· Serve as communications center for security operations while maintaining constant monitoring of the systems.
· Detects any procedural errors, potential cheating, and/or suspicious activity that may be a threat to the Company.
· Remains alert to any suspicious activity, and communicate such activity to his/her supervisor and/or other designated person.
· Performs daily video checks, and video recordings.
· Notifies and/or communicates with Security officer, and corresponding department Manager or Supervisor of all criminal acts.
