| Job Description: |
- Manage Purchase & Inventory modules in ERP.
- Prepare and extract different reports.
- Generate and process Indent, RFQ, PO, Inspection report and GRN. Process MTN, MRN in inventory module.
- File all marketing related documents (hard and soft). Review files/documents on monthly basis for proper implementation of SOPs.
- Undertake Monthly Stock count.
- Maintain marketing drive to ensure accurate filing.
- Maintain Vendor list.
- Monitor Budget and prepare Monthly Billing Report.
- Liaison with other departments e.g. Purchase, Stores, Trade and follow up on any pending tasks related to Marketing Dept.
- Prepare a monthly report on competitor activities in market.
