Job Description: |
Sales Coordinator reporting to respective sales/marketing executive for handling, management & filing of sales related tasks
Responsibilities and Authorities:
- Assist Sales executive
- Daily Sales Team Meeting
- Daily Sales Review
- Forward all quotations and POs to related sales person
- Daily Outstanding review
- Quotations perusal and update
- Arrange delivery as per orders
- Daily analysis and working on how to improve sales
- Making Performa invoice & Send to customers
- Get confirmation from customer and process delivery
- Keeping sales record.
- Maintaining sales and visit report on daily basis
- General Office Administration and document filing
- Customer coordination
- Follow up with clients
- Distributing inquiries to sales team
- Any other duty assigned by management
- Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (MUST)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team development and leadership skills
- Power point,Word
- Past experience with coordination in industry segment
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Management of material resources and good decision making
- Pakistan shipping, incoterms and Taxation Laws
- NOTE
- 1. Responsible to secure information to protect the organisation against the consequences of breaches of confidentiality
- 2.In case of security breech due to mishandling employee will be accountable.
Qualification Required
1. Education: Bachelors or equivalent
2. Experience: 5 year office work experience |
