Job Description: |
Job Purpose:
Acquire new consumer/corporate and institutional accounts in their Respective Branch. The role is responsible for Branch Enablement and drive maximum consumer / corporates sales from their Respective Branch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Branchless Banking Corporate Sales. (Payroll)
- Responsible for Branch Enablement/Training sessions
- Responsible for Target achievement & Performance reviews of their respective branch.
- Sales Tool Kit provisioning in their respective branch
- To penetrate the segments for new account acquisitions
- Maintain own sales pipeline and its progress
- Responsible for account service and relations
- Responsible for the Identification of new business areas & Initiate different Strategic Initiatives for sales growth
- Travel with in and around Karachi as required to achieve sales targets.
- Present monthly portfolio to the respective corporate accounts
- Identify business growth opportunities across the respective branch, build direct/ channel/ new client acquisition strategies and tap growth opportunities to achieve Branch targets
- Drive relationships with key clients, faster TAT and cross selling initiatives in order to increase the client base of the respective Branch
- Lead generation & ales productivity metrics to drive a high-performance sales culture across the branch area
- Scan the market and its competitive offerings on a periodic basis; report on emerging trends and business opportunities
- Engage with channel partners and develop a touch point management system for faster customer connectivity
