  • Assisting the HR Manager in Recruitment Procedure
  • Monitor Administration Department of the company for smooth operations.
  • Maintenance of personnel records
  • Providing correspondence services and drafting replies where appropriate to ensure that all issues are dealt efficiently.
  • Preparing routine letters, reports, memorandums
  • Check the applications
  • Briefing compliance issues to marketing managers
  • Explaining and dealing with compliance issues
  • Verifying and identifying documents
  • Outstation Visits and hiring
