We are looking for young, energetic & dauntless female candidate for the position of Assistant Manager Operation at an educational Institute. Interested candidate must meet following criteria;

       Support teachers at regional level in operational matters acting as liaison between Students & Parents.

       Monitor the implementation of action plans to address medium and red key risk indicators.

       Responsible for training of newly registered Teachers & Students.

       Capable to organize and manage campaign’s and seminars to represent the institute.

       Effective communicator who excels at developing and retaining top talent.

       Ensure that there is in place an effective and efficient plan for the work of Customer Services.

       Having good knowledge and experience to generate and manage documents.

       Able to handle Queries through electronic Channels.

       Coordinates with Teachers and Students to make resolve their day to day queries.

       Organize weekly meetings with management to review performance, objectives, address issues, and plan activities.

       Effectively Communicate in a user-friendly terminology that ensures others' understanding of software issues, new initiatives and process changes.

       Strong Communication and inter personal skills (English and Urdu).

       Have a good knowledge & command at Microsoft Office tools.

       Must be graduate from reputed institute.

       Candidate with relevant experience will be preferred.
