Job Description:

1) To be responsible for overall security and safety of employees, movable and immovable assets of all facilities of Cakes and Bakes (hereinafter referred to as Company)

2) To establish, maintain, update and implement Standard Operating Procedures concerning security and safety of employees, movable and immovable assets of the Company;

3) To be responsible for discipline of staff working under the security and facilities department;

4) To be responsible for deployment, monitoring and vigilance of security guards deputed at all installations of the company;

5) To be responsible for assigning duties to staff working under security and facilities department;

6) To maintain monthly duty roster of staff and send a copy to HRD;

7) To maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all company facilities including company-provided staff residences;

8) To allocate staff residence in consultation with concerned Manager;

9) To maintain list of employees residing at company-provided residences and send a monthly list to HRD;

10) To ensure no outsider and/or terminated employee resides at company-provided residences;

11) To ensure that no subversive and/or immoral activity is carried out in company-provided residences;

12) To observe and implement all company policies and prescribed processes;

13) To present a monthly progress report in monthly coordination meetings;

14) To be responsible for staff attendance, granting them leaves, write their performance reports as per company policies and procedures;

15) To establish, maintain, update and implement SOPs for visitors intending to visit company premises for business purposes;

16) To ensure fool-proof security system at Company sales outlets against impending burglaries and thefts;

17) To be responsible for up-keep and maintenance of weapons kept with guards, ensuring their proper license and operation;

18) To ensure that security guards are physically fit for job and are highly courteous with customers and sales staff deputed at bakery outlets;

19) To ensure that customers visiting bakery outlets are facilitated in parking their vehicles through security guards;

20) To perform any other task assigned by CEO and/or Managing Director.
