Job Description: |
- Prepare invoices as per supply order
- Prepare tender and import documents
- Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account.
- Reconciliation of vender and customers control accounts.
- Reconcile bank accounts of the company with banks.
- Keep sales team informed about the overdue payment
- Fill sales tax & returns.
- Prepare income statement and balance sheet on monthly basis.
- Prepare documents of financial transactions by entering account information.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in account management of a pharma/diagnostic company
- Have full expertise of knowledge of Quick book
- Mandatory to have sound knowledge of financial budgeting, handling account, cash flow, costing and taxation issue
- Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills
- Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills
- Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
