| Job Description: |
- Planning and budgeting for trade schemes – National, Regional and town specific. Ensure efficient spending.
- Closely monitor Trade spend by Region and ensure effective utilization of funds.
- Oversee the implementation of all in-store activities
- Manage point of sale material (budget, logistics, distribution, assortment) and find cost effective solutions for merchandizing challenges.
- Collaborate with brand teams to prepare Sales and Trade related literature to convey the brand stories in an effective manner. Recommend Sales team incentives and trade schemes that drive brand / SKU priorities.
- Ensure trade plans focus on Channel priorities and are aligned with growth strategy as defined in Annual Sales Plan.
- Prepare 6 month rolling Sales and trade promotion calendar that takes into account upcoming launches and brand priorities.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend counter measures where appropriate and required
- Actively support Head of Sales in managing the Sales and Operational Planning Process.
- Compile Brand Sales monitor and assess Sales performance and opportunities for growth (by SKU, by Region, by Channel)
