Job Description: |
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions to improve soft communication skills among employees.
- Analyze and provide feedback on employee calls, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Assist in correcting communication mistakes and enhancing phone etiquette.
- Provide guidance on effective communication with US patients during calls.
- Cultivate an understanding of US culture to facilitate better service delivery.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Communication Trainer or similar role.
- Expertise in soft skills development and cultural communication.
- Familiarity with the US market and its cultural nuances.
- Strong analytical skills to assess employee performance and progress.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging and impactful training sessions.
- Relevant certifications or training qualifications preferred.
