We are seeking an experienced Injection Molds & Die Fitter to fit, assemble, and maintain injection molds and dies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tool and die fitting, with expertise in injection molding and die making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mold and Die Fitting:

• Fit, assemble, and maintain injection molds and dies
• Ensure precise fitting and alignment of mold components

2. Mold Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance on injection molds and dies
• Identify and repair defects or damage

3. Troubleshooting:

•  Troubleshoot issues with injection molds and dies
• Collaborate with production team to resolve issues

4. Quality Control:

• Ensure molds and dies meet quality standards
• Collaborate with quality team to ensure product quality

5. Safety:

•  Follow safety procedures and protocols
•  Ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

1. Education:

•  Diploma or certificate in Tool and Die Making, Injection Molding, or related field

2. Experience:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in injection mold and die fitting

3. Skills:

• Strong knowledge of injection molding and die making
•  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail

4. Certifications:

• Certifications in tool and die making, injection molding, or related field are desirable
