| Job Description: |
- Stock received according to the Purchase Order.
- Stock received according to the company standard.
- Check and record the quality and quantity of products.
- Check and record the temperature of Dairy and Frozen Products.
- Tag all the received items with name and date of receiving.
- Stock is issued after checking the signature of the department head.
- To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
- Stock issued according to requisition of the department.
- Reconcile the issuance and requisition.
- Maintain the dispatch process of different location and ensure the quantity, quality and expiry of the dispatch stock.
- Ensure the Inventory Level (Maximum and Minimum).
- Maintain the record of expiry on a monthly basis.
- Follow the method of FIFO & LIFO.
- Maintain the reorder level, timely generate requisition of stock.
- Keep records of Bin Carts, and make monthly reports of goods received and issued, Processing of supplier invoices, sourcing for suppliers, and product.
- Expire stock will be discard properly and maintain the record of discard articles.
