We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team. This position requires a fluent English speaker with a clear American accent, as the role involves regular communication with U.S.-based clients, vendors, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics)

• Coordinate with international suppliers and ensure timely deliveries

• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to forecast demand and optimize supply chain efficiency

• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master’s is a plus)

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics management

• Fluent in English with a neutral to American accent – must be confident in verbal and written communication

• Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills

• Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) preferred

Working Hours:

• Night Shift aligned with U.S. time zones (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT)
