Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all HR functions and departments in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and implement a competency-based framework for all roles across the organization.
• Lead HR digital transformation projects and ensure ERP module customization as per organizational needs.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable HR team culture by providing strategic direction, regular coaching, and performance feedback to all HR team members.
• Qualifications and Skills
• Educational Background: Master degree in Humanities preferable in HR from an HEC-recognized institute.
• Strong Grip on MS Office, HRMS/HMIS knowledge, Exceptional Reporting and Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
• Preferred Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience such as preferably textile, Chemical manufacturing.
• Job Location: Lahore & Muridke (Site)
