| Job Description: |
- To set targets & goals of the entire sales team including Branch Supervisors.
- To develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- To supervise sales activities of all Regions by reviewing monthly targets.
- Responsible for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
- To conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
- Maintain a relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
- To implement regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- To monitor the entire team\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s performance and motivate them to reach targets
- To contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Any other task assigned by the HOD.
Package - Area Sales Manager
- Gross Salary=70,000
- Lunch Allowance

- Duty=08 hours (11 AM to 07 PM)
